- Since October, the demand for therapists has surged, prompting Tov-Tech to create a web app to help people find affordable therapists through their health funds. The project faced challenges in collecting therapist data, as information was provided in various formats (Excel, web scraping, PDF screenshots). While tools like GPT4 and OCR weren't ideal for handling the PDF screenshots, Gemini Advanced proved surprisingly successful. Despite initial purchase issues and requiring some manual adjustments, Gemini efficiently extracted the PDF data into a Google Spreadsheet. Tov-Tech aims to complete the project and make the web app freely available to the public.
