Whether you're starting your journey or have experience, we offer personalized tracks that will pave your way to meaningful and successful integration in the high-tech industry.

Our program is designed for highly motivated individuals, even without prior technological background, who are interested in making a professional transition to the world of data and AI. We provide all the tools, knowledge, and support needed to become a sought-after data analyst.

Who is the course for?

The course is aimed at people with 40% disability or more, recognized in one of the following tracks:

  • Those with mental disabilities through 'Rehabilitation Basket'.
  • On the autism spectrum and recognized by welfare services.

If you don't meet the criteria, we still recommend contacting us. New programs open from time to time.

Course Requirements

  • Good level of English (the course is conducted in English)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability for self-learning and independent work
  • Computer and internet access

Admission Process

  • Trial Course: One hour of learning on the DataCamp platform to demonstrate the learning method.
  • Entry Assignment: A simple assignment to test suitability for the data world, no technical knowledge required.

Program Structure

Phase A: Flexible Self-Learning (2.5-4 months)Self-paced learning through DataCamp and Kaggle platforms, with team guidance and mentoring. We recommend studying about 3 hours a day, 4 days a week. The phase ends with a personal final project (about 3-4 weeks) where you'll analyze a dataset of your choice.

Phase B: Practical Employment Incubator (6-9 months)After completing the learning phase, you'll join our incubator. Here you'll work in teams on real projects, gain practical experience, and build an impressive portfolio. This phase requires attendance and commitment Monday-Thursday, 09:00-13:00.

* Note: Entry to the incubator requires stopping other employment services from the rehabilitation basket or welfare.

Phase C: Personal Guidance Until Finding EmploymentThe career transition process is a journey, and we're with you. Towards the end of the incubator period, after you've gained experience, we'll begin the joint job search process. We'll prepare you for interviews, improve your resume, and connect you to relevant positions.

Curriculum Content

The course focuses on the core knowledge required for a data analyst:

  • Python (Required): The basic and mandatory course focuses on Python, emphasizing data analysis libraries like Pandas.
  • SQL and AI (Optional): We offer advanced courses in SQL and AI, recommended for learning in more advanced stages, towards entering the job market.

The track is fully funded through the 'Rehabilitation Basket' and involves no payment (except for a seriousness fee of 500 NIS upon course acceptance), allowing you to focus on your learning and professional development.
