Did you get a degree? Finished an intensive course? Have previous experience but took a break? The employment incubator is your bridge between theoretical knowledge and practical work. We simulate a high-tech company work environment and provide you with the practical experience that employers are looking for.
Who is the incubator for?
The program is designed for anyone seeking long-term employment in high-tech in a wide range of roles (Data, Backend, Frontend, Product, and more) and meets one of the following conditions:
- Those with relevant knowledge and previous experience in the field.
- Graduates of academic degrees or intensive courses in technological fields.
- Eligible for 'Rehabilitation Basket' (the service is recognized as 'protected factory') or recognized by welfare (the service is recognized as 'exchange center').
- Note: Entry to the incubator requires stopping other employment services from the rehabilitation basket or welfare.
What do we do in the incubator?
In the incubator, you'll integrate into development teams and work on real and diverse projects, many of them AI-based. Under the guidance of experienced team leaders, you'll work with leading industry tools like Slack, Jira, and Git. You'll build a portfolio, receive warm recommendations, and strengthen your professional and interpersonal skills. Activities take place Monday to Thursday, between 09:00-13:00.
